We are a small and friendly business and we want you to have the best shopping experience with us.
There are terms and conditions which you (the customer) need to make yourself aware when
you shop with us (Applefit Baby Boot-ik Ltd).
In those terms, whenever you hear “us”, “ours”, “we” etc this is to relate to Applefit Baby Boot-ik Ltd.
When you hear “you” it refers to you as the customer of our online shop.

You should read these Terms and Conditions before you place an order. We know this is usually a boring bit,
however it is crucial, so we tried to write it in a relaxed language without too many formal phrases.

1. Who are we and how to contact us.

We are two young mummies who have a passion for first walking shoes for babies.
Few year ago, we dreamed about sharing this passion with other mummies too. And this is how the idea about
online baby shoes boutique initiated. Few months later Applefit Baby Boot-ik was born.

2. And who are you?

As the Terms and Conditions are a legal stuff, we expect you to be a grown up person, at least 18 years old.
To shop at our boutique you need to have ways to pay for your order – there will be more information about
methods of payment as you read further.

2.1 Your Personal Information

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to find out about how we use your personal information you supply to us.

3. Placing an order

When you order from our online boutique we send you email confirmation to the email address you provided
during a checkout process. We accept an order when the payment has been approved and your card has been
debited. You will then receive a confirmation email and this is when the legal contract between you and us is

4. If we need to cancel

We may occasionally be unable to fulfil your order due to some unexpected situations – we are only humans
and some minor mistakes happen. Sometimes things are totally out of our control. But if anything is forcing us
to cancel your order we will notify you as soon as we can and refund any money we owe you immediately.

5. When you want to cancel

We understand that sometimes you can have change of heart and wish to cancel your order you have just
placed. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible (you can call our mobiles which will hopefully
be the quickest and easiest thing to do, or you can send us an email).

If we haven’t dispatched your order yet, we will refund your money immediately and if you wish, you can
place another order for different style.

6. Our Products

All the brands of babies and toddler shoes we sell have been specially selected by us for they features
to support healthy development of children’s feet (to read more about each brand we sell, please visit
“About Our Brands” section on our homepage).

Apart from being the best footwear for your baby because all of the above – the shoes we sell are simply
so beautiful! We love taking them for a mini photo session outdoors, they even travel on holidays with us
so that we can snap some photos giving them beautiful backdrop

As much as we want to depict all the true colours and textures, sometimes you may notice variation in shades
or even shapes! Majority of our stock is handmade (Emel brand), so each pair is individual – they are not
machine mass-produced hence some inequalities will apply. So when you receive your babies shoes they may
vary slightly from the picture on the product page. We hope this is understandable and acceptable.
We usually stock maximum of 2 pairs of each size so our products are subject to availability

7. Delivery

For majority of our orders we use Royal Mail sign for second class service and our costs as well as the delivery times are directly
based on them.
We may occasionally use alternative courier service.

7.1 Delivery Cost

Our delivery cost will be displayed on the product page as well as when you check out. The cost may vary
depending on the destination.
If at the point of check out our website system didn’t generate your delivery cost,
please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve this matter. We may need to make a special arrangements
but we will do our best to send your beautiful shoes out.
We do not generally deliver outside England and Wales,
Scotland, Northers Ireland, the Isle of man and Channel Islands. If however we accept an order for delivery
outside that area, you may need to pay import duties as we will not pay them.

7.2 International deliveries

We generally don’t deliver internationally. However if you would like us to send the shoes abroad, we are
happy to help and make special arrangements for you. In that case though your order will require additional
delivery costs and you will need to cover them. There may also be further costs related to custom duties and
taxes which are applied when your parcel is being delivered to your destination. We do not have any control
over those costs and it is you who will be liable to pay any taxes and duties applied. You may wish to check with
your local customs office before placing an order.

7.3 Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch your order no later than within 2 working days from the day you have placed it.
We use standard delivery times offered by the courier which is between 3-5 working days from dispatch
(working days are Monday – Friday, except bank or public holidays).

If you require your shoes earlier, we are happy to arrange next day delivery. You need however contact us
before placing an order so we will check if we can arrange it for you. It might be subject to additional costs
which we will need to add to your order.

8. Returns & Refunds

As mentioned in section 5 (“When you want to cancel”) we understand that you can change your mind
after you have placed your order and for instance you wish to amend the size or cancel the order completely.
You have full right to do so and as long as you act fast and let us know, we will adjust the order before it is

You may also find out that the lovely shoes which arrived happened to be unsuitable and you wish to return

We take care to inspect our stock when we receive it from the producers, however if you spot that the shoes
you ordered are faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

8.1 Returns

We don't offer a complementary returns anymore.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns sent within 30 days of you receiving the order. Please inform us of your
intention to return by sending us an email. We will initiate the return in our system and you will receive an email confirming that. We will also reply with the return address for your parcel. You will need to pack the order securely and post it back to us,
with a recorded/sign for delivery, as we won't be responsible if the parcel get lost or damadge on the way to us.
When returning, the shoes need to be in a perfect condition and the packaging/original shoe box should be in a good condition too. Once a parcel reaches us back,
We usually issue a refund within 2 days of receiving a return.

You can initiate the return yourself without emailing us first. This is accessible from the order confirmations
emails sent automatically or from your account if you have created it.

If you do so, please choose the option to send the order yourself
making sure its a recorded type of delivery and keep the proof of posting as we will not be liable if the parcel won’t turn up on our end.

8.2 Refunds

It usually takes us 1-2 working days after receiving the shoes to send your money back.

8.3 Sending your order back - what you need to know

We take care about our products and wish that you look after them too, especially if you need to send them
back to us.
We are happy to quickly refund the full amount of your order as long as the shoes return to us in unused
condition together with their original packaging.
If however the returned shoes or the box will show signs of inappropriate handling we will reduce your refund
to reflect the loss of the product value caused by the above.

We strongly advise you to secure the box by wrapping it in the paper or protecting it by any other way, and
do not stick the posting labels directly on the surface of the box.

The shoes must not show signs of wear and need to be in the same condition as received.

9. Exchanges

Unfortunately we don’t offer exchange service and if you would like to order different size or style you need
to proceed with a new order.

10. Price & Payment

We take care to price our products correctly and the prices are displayed on the product pages and on the
order pages during the checkout process.
If it happens that the price somehow turns out to be incorrect, please contact us to make us aware.
To place an order you need to use credit or debit card and you need to be authorised to use it.
We process our payments via PayPal but that does not require you to have a PayPal account.
We don’t dispatch orders until we receive the payment.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

We enjoy appreciating you lovely people and would love to create lasting relation with you and your Little Ones!!!

11.1 Promo codes

We try to reward you as often as we can offering discounts to use against your next purchase.
They are in the form of promotional codes which we may email to you or send you with your current order.
There might be some conditions related to the vouchers like expire date so bear this in mind.
We like to reward you if you submit a review, tag us on your social media or recommend to your friends.
Make sure we can see your posts and recommendations – we will be in touch with a discount code

11.2 Seasonal Promotions

We tend to run seasonal discount promotions or we reduce price on end of lines or selected models
(ie last pair in the model range). For those promotions, if the shoes turn out to be unsuitable,
they can be returned for a full refund excluding delivery charge), and you need to return them
to us on your own expense.


Apart from all the terms and conditions above we also need you to read the terms which tell you about rules
related to use of our website (also referred as “site”).

We will understand that if you are using our site, you agree to these terms.

Our site is free to use and it is designed for domestic and private use only. It is directed mainly to customers
residing in the United Kingdom & Wales as these are the countries we normally ship to.


We try our best to protect our website from any nasty bugs, but we can’t guarantee that our site will be free
from viruses at any single point. We may simply become infected without us knowing and we may not have
any control over it. Therefore we advise our lovely customers to use their own virus protections and software.


You may wish to post questions, reviews and comments however it cannot be in illegal, obscene, abusive or
threatening way. We really care about good spirits and our website’s feel is created to be cheerfUL and happy
so we hope it can stay that way.


If you comment or leave a review we take it as you are happy for us to be able to reproduce and publish it
on our social media platforms or any promotional and marketing materials (like leaflets or posters for instance)


You must not in any way attack our website by hacking, implementing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or
other harming technologies. You must not break into our site, server or database. This would really cause a lot
of trouble and be a criminal offence against you which we would have to report to law enforcement authorities.


If you create a customer account with us, you need to keep your password confidential. If you think that
somebody unauthorised knows and/or uses your account/password you must notify us immediately.


We are happy for you to link to our lovely website but please do so in a legal way without harming our
reputation. Please don’t link to us to suggest any form of association with us if this is not true.

Our website must not be framed on any other site without our permission.


We rarely link to other websites but if we do these links are for you to find some more information.
We are not responsible for the websites we link to as we hove no control over the contents of those sites.


Our website may change occasionally due to updates and our business needs. We may need to suspend our
website for various reasons. It may happen that part of it is unavailable or there are some interruptions.
We will aim to give you as much notice as possible however it may happen without a prior information.


If you look for information to diagnose your child’s feet problems, you must seek professional advice.

13. Intellectual property

We own or have permission to use the intellectual property on our website and throughout it contents.
So our logo, photos, graphic elements and descriptions are protected by copyright law around the world.
All such right are reserved.


You are not allowed to use any of our website content for commercial purposes without our permission.
You may use some of our contents for personal purposes by downloading extracts or printing off one copy
of some content, but you are not allowed to modify it in any way.


As we personally write product information, photograph the shoes ourselves, as well as we create the beautiful
graphic artwork which you can see throughout the website – you always need to acknowledge that in the copies
you produce and clearly state that we are the authors. This also relates to any intellectual property including
audio and video too.
