Cancellations

We know that things not always go as we want to, so we are happy to change or cancel your order in accordance to UK Distance Selling regulations and our Return Policy. If you have placed your order, but we have not dispatched it yet, we will do our best to amend it accordingly. All you need to do is to cancel your order via our website or by contacting us via our email info@applefit.co.uk

Free Returns

We are doing our best to guide you through our sizing information and hope the shoes you have ordered will fit perfectly your Little One’s feet. However if this appears to be not right, or for any other reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns sent to us within 21 days of the date you have placed your order (14 days for sale items).

To return an item, please follow the instructions below:

• E-mail us on info@applefit.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order (3 days for sale items) stating your name, order reference number and brief reason for return.

• We will then email you a freepost return label.

• Returned shoes must be in perfect unworn condition and in the original undamaged packaging.

• Any free gifts sent with your order must be returned unused

• We strive to pack your order securely so please wrap and pack your return order same way to protect it from any accidental damage during transportation.

• Post your parcel to our address as provided

• We will issue with a refund within 14 days of receiving your returned order.

Returns Policy

Some of our ranges are handmade and we put a lot of care into our products. We will inspect returned shoes and judge if they are in the intact condition. Return won’t be accepted if the shoes have been visibly used or damaged as this may result the shoes being unsuitable for sale. If the return is refused we will send the order back to you. Exchanges If you are not entirely happy with received shoes and would like to exchange them for different size or style, please follow the instructions for returning an item and place a new order.
